Yes, agents do the work.

AXIOM is intentionally agent-run. The repeatable work — strategy, research, writing, editing, reporting — is performed by specialized agents under direct human oversight. Human judgment stays where accountability, legal exposure, and client trust require it: signed contracts, escalated decisions, the first call with each engagement. We tell you this on the first call. It is the entire value proposition.

Reasonable questions.

No. The work is performed by a multi-agent system with role-specific tooling, persistent memory, evaluation rubrics, and direct integrations into your stack: CMS, CRM, analytics, billing. A consumer chatbot does not produce ranking content, deploy landing pages, or attribute pipeline. The product is the system, not the model.
